We finished our 103" build this afternoon. We used stock cylinders bored to 103", SE 103" pistons, Heads ported/cc'd by Big Boyz, andrews 54h cams. Man what a DIFFERENCE. I am amazed that I am riding the same bike. We worked late so I only got to take it for about a 20 mile ride but that sucker has some pep to it. I am very anxious to get it out on the road this weekend to do a breakin ride to where I can actually start running it up a little. Man what a difference the heads/pistons made. I had the cams installed for a couple trips before hand and I think I gained at least as much as I gained with the cams when we did the big bore setup. I'm hoping to get it setup to dyno sometime next week.

Post with numbers when available. I'll be doing the same build, minus gear driven cams, SOON! I already have the SE255 cams in, just gonna punch it and mic it out now.

I am trying to get some dyno time next week but it sounds like it may be a few weeks until we can work our schedules out to meet up. I'll post the numbers when we get done. You may want to consider the heads also. That made a big difference.
