[quote=RoofDude;5774629]. After a couple rides, I went back to my dealer paid the couple bills difference & had Rineharts put on. Like them much better.
Hey R D...
Which Rineharts did you use? They advertise the "Monster Ovals", and some sites just talk about the normal slip ons.

Have a set on my 07 Ultra, I like them, not too quiet or too loud. Sound much better than stock, added the SE air cleaner and fuelpac @ the same time.

I am considering which slip ons to add also. My dealer recommended the Pythons for my bike also. Makes me wonder if they make a little over the others in profit, or if it's really a superior pipe. It's made by Vance and Hines, so that speaks loudly to me as far as quality.
Wondering, what year/model did you put the Pythons on, and did you
re- map? change the intake?
Are you getting any deceleration pop? Any change in performance?
(Low end or high end)
Lots of questions, and will appreciate any response
Thanks,
Zig
I liked the sound of the Pythons, but after checking around finally went with B&E superflow Max 2's. They sound great! Just like a Harley should sound in my opinion, plus they were a total of $159, can't best that . Give em a listen on the website.

By the way, no decel, pop, or anything else, and you don't have to add anything if you don't want to on the Max 2's. The test drive with them was to Sturgis and back this summer, and they performed as advertised.

I put Pythons on my 07 SG about 2.5 years ago and over 38,000 miles. Still look great, sound great, not to quiet or loud, but just right for me. Check www.easternperformance.com for their price as it's usually the best around.

I am happy with them now. For the longest time, the inner baffle was rattling inside the pipe. I was able to fix with some muffler patch putty. Now no rattles. Would I buy again; probably not.
