I have Kerker slip-ons, the big K&N a/c and a PC-V on my 07 FLHTC. When passing someone, I no longer have to drop out of 6th gear if on a hill. also better power throughout the rpm range and runs MUCH cooler. I certainly recommend the PC-V with the exhaust and a/c mods. Got mine from Fuel Moto - great service.

yep, I too noticed a dramatic drop in my fuel mileage. Never kept track of what it was but I know that my tank needle was never at 1/4 tank when only ridden 90-100 miles. Love the unit....runs much smoother and cooler. My other vehicle is a F150 so I welcome anything with more than 12mpg's.

I still have some decel pops occasionly......one day I'll get around to calling Jamie.

Same here with my Ultra. SE slip ons and intake. Went from 42 mpg down to 35. Better throttle response, much cooler, runs so much better overall but to lose 7 mpg. I am deciding which is better.

Well I have the PC and I get between 34 and 37 mpg but is sure does run much better and cooler. I am going in to the tuner in the next week or so and will get more mpg and will run even better than now.
It is just a tool. If you get more power you will lose some MPG it doesn't have to be a hugh lose.

I will comfort you ;-) Of course in town the mileage will go down, also if I ride above 65-70. The lowest (or the highest in Europe, litre/km) has been around 34, so depending your riding style it can be almost anything...

Can some one tell me what the difference is on the 08 engine from the 09. Seams like there has to be a big change.

Put the PCV on mine last week, 07 Ultra, Hooker tuned flow mufflers, SE air cleaner, The performance is great, the bikes runs a whole bunch cooler. MPG did drop from 42 down to 38 but for the gains in cooling and performance I think I can live with the MPG. The way a fuel tuner works is giving the motor more fuel so it's a givin that you may lose some MPG along the way.

Don't mean to steal the thread but almost everyone on here running a PCV say they are running cooler. I installed my PC V before it got real hot around here, but everyday when I am in traffic, my heat management mode kicks in whenever I am stop for a light or traffic. Are my numbers off? Gas milage is about the same and performance is marginally better.
