Uh, "sweet" and "free" are two different things right? LOL

Love the new fender with the Tri-Bar light at the bottom.

John, think he said they had a 08, just be a nice guy and give him the fender off your 09...maybe they will give you a set of extended bags and a new rear matching extended fender in return for free

Count me in too Justin. Fender looks great. I'll be using the stock light setup like your 08 in the shop.

Here's TopShops bags - 3.5 inch - with a Sinister rear fender cover on my '06 SG. I just slapped these together real quick. Put all the hardware on for the mock up (in the process of mocking up the whole bike and then off to paint. The rear fender is just sitting on there (my SG fascia is still on the fender behind it), but I just wanted to post some pics of it for you guys. Gotta say that I am very impressed with the bags, more so than the fender (but I still like the fender - just needs some tweeking and a dremmel wheel or two). The exhaust holes aren't exactly what I wanted, but considering that I was talking to a guy 1700 miles away and using a different fender, it'll work. The fact that he'll cut 'em how ever you want and it's not just a cookie cutter process with these guys makes me want to just have to have their next product. Actually, I wish I would have waited just a little longer and maybe got their fender.

Justin - notice the half moon shape of the fender cutouts, where as the bags have more of a "horseshoe" curve in them.

Outside of the exhaust cutout - which is understandable - I'm as impressed with the bags, if not more so, as I've been with any fabbed part I've bought. The hardware mounting holes were spot on. I didn't have to do any kind of cutting on these bags outside of the carpet for the holes, which was easy enough with an exacto knife.

Great product. I still hate you guys for making me spend more money on my bike though.

Fatguy

You must have missed Justin's post where he said he could cut the bags to have a curve to match your fender. He called it a hook. You had to ask for it.

I asked for the hook, I got the hook...look again at the pics. The hook is there. I'm talking about the curvature...

I'm not bashing our boy Justin. And to be fair, I didn't go into detail about what I was wanting or send him a pick. I'm happy with the bags. If not, it's something me and my body man can fix.
