Let's hope that the stupid btch has insurance!

That is just crazy, and lucky no one was hurt. I would guess the bike is totaled since the frame has to be messed up, and the bike looks older.

Big +1 on the insurance thing. NH is a no insurance state.

I can't believe they were not injured! There definitely needs to be anti-texting laws in every state

Not good enough. There's a lot of study out there concluding that handsfree or handheld doesn't make any difference, that being engrossed in electronic communication is just as bad if not worse than blowing a .10!

How is that possible today?!! First, they need an insurance law, then they need an anti-texting law!

Man that could have ended sooooo much worse than it did. Glad they are ok. I hope they bring that stoopid beeyatch up on some serious charges instead of some trivial little inattentive driving ticket.

Man...that accident looks like it could have been a whole lot worse than it actually was! The use of cell phones are a real problem with automobile drivers down here in Florida...and that just makes it that much worse for bikers!

Glad to know that everyone is okay!

Try to ride safe...as tough as it is!
