Default OBD-II Port?

Are there OBD-II ports on late model Harleys like there are on cars? If yes specifically where is it located on an '08 Roadking?

yes, there is a diagnostics port. your 08 has it. it is not an obd port like you'll find under the dash of your ford escape though.
