Not having reverse on my '07 King was one of the things I had to get use to the most after being a long time GWing rider.

If you leave yourself a way out, than you don't need reverse! or you could tow your jack around, lift your bike and turn it 180*

or to all the small riders out there with an Ultra....if I get a lower seat...will it help me alot pushing the bike backwards?
why do short people buy one of the biggest bikes around and then complain because they can not manuver it properly?

first off...I am not complaining??? why do you say I am complaining? because I asked a legitimate question??? I said sometimes i wish I had reverse... I am sure since you are so big and strong you never wished you had reverse......

come on give me a break!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

that is why people do not want to join an OPEN FORUM and ask questions!!

and you are the one who decides what a person should buy because of their height or weight????
PLEAAAASE

who died and made you boss!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I looked at the posts that you posted in the past...alot of your answers get on alot of the members here......

and this is one that YOU started

"Where do you hide your spare key? "

should I get on your case because you were stupid enough to lose it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

then you posted after the forums members got on your case "you asked a legitimate questions and look at the grief you get"

seems like I ask a legitimalte question and look at the "grief" you are giving me!

i would get a reverse gear if it wasn't so damn expensive!! i'm only 5'7" but i've been riding the glide for 5 years, none has been lowered. I do use my girlfriend as a pseudo-reverse she's more than happy to help out because she loves riding with me.

Become picky about your parking spot. Back into curbs. If there's a slope, make sure the back of the bike is down hill. The bike has the power, you have the brain. Use the brain to control the situation so that the bike can use the power to get you where you want to go.

I've had reverse on a BMW, it ain't all that great. I'd rather use the brain.
