Can't wait to get a Zumo for my RKC... my Magellan in my car saved my marriage! No more fitting with my wife over directions. But at least I would not hear her on the bike.

Lets put it this way; I am fond of white trucks with blue and red markings and white work shirts. I think they are supposed to put GPS on the Qualcoms sometime in the future, at least I have heard them talk about it.

Love our GPS. Liked it when I was roaming across the desert (uh, not on US soil), and I love it roaming across highways and byways. Sounds like the Tom-Tom II (would that be a Tom-Tom Tom-Tom?) is a great deal!

Friend of mine got a little black vynal (sp?) hood looking thing off ebay, for next to nothing, that just slips over the gps and shades it so you can see it in the sunlight. Sunlight will wash out most any LCD display, no matter how much you paid for it.

The price for the Tom Tom II is better than Garmin's 550/660's. But I won't buy any GPS that does not give voice directions with street names. To me it's not good enough to tell me "Right turn in 500 feet'.
