I would check the front wheel axle torque, then ensure that the front brake lever side of the fork is completely seated against the spacer before tightening the axle retainer (has two nuts).

If the procedure in the manual is not followed to the letter you will get a wobble.

They don't come from the factory perfect every time, trust me.

I'm going out to the garage right now to start designing a new "Bagger Brace" for the front of '09's. :-) Are you guys interested in a group buy?

the 09's use different tires than the 08's and earlier, i know by size but by the fact that they're 407's vs 402's both dunlop? weird problem to be having with such a well designed bike.

I noticed this on my 08 with 3k miles on it. I just figured it was a characteristic of the bike and didn't worry about it. After reading these posts, I'm even more sure of it. I only noticed because I took both hands off the handlebars at around that speed and the thing started wobbling. Put a hand back on and it was gone.

Seeing how it seems to be normal, I guess I just won't be riding no hands at 30mph. For me at least, problem solved.

Had the same problem at 45mph and lower.
Was told it was just the harmonics of the bike..
I found that if I just touced the grip with a finger tip it stopped.

So let me know what you find out.
I thought it was odd as well

Harley tour bikes have always had a front end wobble. You just never felt it before, but now since they fixed the rear wobble on the '09 bikes,,,, well, there it is!

Neck bearings maybe need to be adjusted. I just took my 08 UC in this past weekend with the same issue. All they did was adjusted the neck bearings and the problem went away and back to normal.

My 08 did this from day one. went back to dealer three time and had neck bearings done same problem. they even had the Harley rep out to look at it. I finally researched an wrote down all possibilities listed them and told dealer I would go Thur list with tech. but before we started I asked them to take a tire and and rim off another bike and put it on mine for a test ride. wobble gone! so had they put new tire on my rim, wobble gone. took 8 months to fix the problem. at first they wanted me to believe baggers wobble a little because of the fairing, bull been riding 35 years. the bike handles great can ride no hands will track true. I had same problem take hands off bars would wobble between 30 and 40 mph then clear up with speed. all set now. owner is good guy. look keep going back get it right.

I've never had a wobble on my '08 or '05 so I wouldn't settle for even a little wobble. My '05 BMW LT had it and I went with Metz and it fixed the problem.
