Considering Montezuma Limited Paint for FLHX...

One of the few custom sets that I really like. But I still think for that kind of scratch you could get a nice one-off custom done. You could even take pics to your painter and have them duplicate it with some changes to make it your own.
But if you are hooked on it and have the means then go for it. You only have to please yourself.

Here are my idea's on how to modify the original design...excuse the crappy photoshop. If someone can do better please do so I can share it with the painter.
Basically I am looking to add some more of the blue sharp lines to extend into the marble/grey area's. Right now I feel as if some of the marble/grey area's are a bit overwhelming and could use some contrast from the blue, especially on the bat wing where there is way too much marble/grey in the original design IMO. Additionally, I am toying with the idea of replacing the solid blue color with the CVO style paint daubs but instead of red and grey like the CVO models doing them in blue.
Only other small tweak is adding a POW/MIA crest to the rear fender blended in to match the paint color theme.
