Default Ultra With or with out saddlebag rails (which pic do u like best)

Hello,
I recently bought the color matching saddlebag filler strips for my ultra and put them on. I intended to leave on the saddlebag rails for protection and that vintage look however I decided to take off one side to compare & I think the rear looks a lot cleaner w/o them. I took a pic of each side (1 w/ and 1 w/o) tell me which one u guys like better and what to do w/ those holes left behind in the saddlebag guards. I also took one of the rear so u could see the comparison from behind. Anything creative w/o spending $ on new rails.

thanks & ride safe.

I like it better without them, but I roll on a SG and like the stripped down look.

Both look good but I think with the Ultra I like the rails on; I liked the clean look on my old Road King though.

On an Ultra, I like the looks with them on myself. Balances out the chrome around the bike better.

Leave them on. I like the look of them, but it's your bike.

I'm contemplating the same thing. I'm going to take mine off as soon as I can find the correct front bars without the holes.

As you can tell from my sig picture, I like them off. If you decide to leave them off and you want the front bars without the holes in them, there is a set off a Road King for sale in the classifieds.
