A Bagger to me is all of the HD Touring Line bikes, A Softail with aftermarket saddle bags is a Softail with bags, period!

I consider my RK a Bagger but not a Dresser. I always thought of Dressers
as HD touring bikes with everything but the kitchen sink on them.
