Default 2009 Exhaust Options, Help

Decisions, decisions...Sometime they really suck.....
I can't decide what I want to do for exhaust. 2009 Street Glide, Chrome Big Sucker intake, Stage 1 Download for now until ThunderMax becomes available after the 1st of the year. Now, do I want to go with the Bub 7 True Duals (available in a few weeks) or go with Bub 7 Slip on's (available now) You know, the stock HD header system isn't bad looking, thats the only reason I'd consider slip on's.....
well lets have at it, what do you think?

I am going with a PC5, Fuel moto (SE) intake with the stock cover, and either Jackpots or the Monster Ovals depending on my cash flow.

I've decided on the Fuemoto package with Jackpots. Spoke with Keith on the phone and they're confident enuff to add 1 year warranty on top the the Dynojet 1 year warranty. I really like Jamie's approach on the forum. He never trashes anybody else; just explains why he does what he does.

I didn't mention Jamie in my post but I would like to put in a plug for him. I've installed three of his packages on three different bikes and not once did I get so much as a hick-up. I will purchase the above mentioned ThunderMax from him. I think I'm going to stick with the stock headers and go with the Bub 7 Slips. Well, thats what I'm thinking right now, but tomorrow's a different day, nite all......Rich

I think I'd be reluctant to dump the stock header pipes. The articles I've read on the 09's all say they are putting out 4 to 5 more HP and a few pounds more torque than the 08's. I suspect the 2 into 1 into 2 design is allowing better scavenging, especially compared to the split rear pipe on the pre-09 models. I can tell there's about even exhaust flow out of both pipes on my 09 Ultra. The 06 I traded barely had any exhaust moving through the left muffler at idle.
