Default True Track or T.W.R. Missing Link

Does anyone have an opinion on either one? Ease of install, performance?

Thanks

Just installed TWR and it is great.&nbsp\\; My only problem was getting to the lower bolt behind the exhaust to remove the OEM bracket and install the TWR.&nbsp\\; The instructions say you may need to remove the right side exhaust to access the bolt.&nbsp\\; I have an all stock set up and it was difficult to reach the bolt.&nbsp\\; I spent a couple hours just working the exhaust away from the bolt to get to it.&nbsp\\; I am also only mildly mechanically inclined to say the least.&nbsp\\; Other than that, install of the TWR was a snap.&nbsp\\; Great product.&nbsp\\; Tracy is a stand up guy to deal with.&nbsp\\; The part is very well made and priced competitivley.&nbsp\\; There is also a thread on here with pages of info on the TWR.

I have the twr and it is great. I live on a mountain so I have plenty of curves and twists. It haelped some at low speeds. It is easier to remove the right side exhaust so you can use a torque wrench

I started with a Terry Components, which is almost identical to the True Track, and the installation is a lot easier and quicker, but you will sacrifice clearance when cornering if your bike is lower.&nbsp\\; I had problems getting the TC to fit right, so I went with the TWR.&nbsp\\; Took longer to install, mainly because I had to remove part of the right side exhaust, which isn't hard, just takes a little time to do, but am extremely satisfied with the performance.&nbsp\\; Though both systems provide the same results, if it were my choice, I'd take the TWR at the $330 special for HD Forum members&nbsp\\;anyday

I looked at all of them\\; TWR, Ridestr8, Tru-Track, and a few others. I ended up with a TWR for 2 reasons, price, and I think that the farther to the rear the link is the better it will limit movement. JMO

True trak here. Works great and no issues other thn watching height of the speed bumps I roll over. My bike is lowered front and rear.

I did this write-up on the Ride-Str8 last year, which is functionally identical to the TWR. The TWR is considerably cheaper.
