Holy Sh1t!!!!!

You can get an HPI TB AND a Doherty Power Pack w/vents for that $$$, if ya shop around.

How does the S&S setup plumb the head breathers? Does it allow the hot oily muchousy mess to go back into the intake, or does it vent externally?

Great looking unit. Too pricey for me.

philm, to answer your question about the header bolts, this set up is designed/intended to return the blow-by oil to the intake. but based on the parts it would be easy to set it up to vent to atmosphere. there is a rubber hose 90 that connects the head bolts with the fitting that goes into the intake mounting body. it would be very easy to change this arrangement to run the hoses off the header bolts and out to where ever you want and it wouldn't be displeasing aesthetically either.

According to the S&S website, the price for all single bore dual runner breathers are below $500 now. That includes the mounting system...

The tuned runner breather for the S&S VFI Dual Bore setup (staggered) was available for both MM and Delphi bikes. S&S no longer sells the throttle body/breather combo. You can get parts but not the whole setup.
