The same thing was happing to me I was getting terrible gas mileage 26 mpg just could not get it to work right I know it was in closed loop I would hook my laptop up to the thunder max and go for a ride, then I would look at the ride on my desktop. I finally gave up and put the stock ECM in. Now I hope it burns up because I have a 7 year warranty on my bike and when the Harley shop rebuilds my bike I will pay a little out of my pocket and get the bigger engine put in, then I will be cursing. The shop by me is really good about things like that.
