I have an 04 FLHTPI as well, and would like to add things like a radio (that doesn't cost a THOUSAND dollars), handlebar controls, and the gauges that you speak of.
I take it there is a specific service manual for the police units. Is that available through the dealer?
Is it as detailed in the instructions as you have been?
