Just ran my 2009 SG with Stage II/255 cams out to Sturgis and back, over 2000 miles total, including 3 days riding in the Black Hills. Ran great all the way. Rode 500 miles back through SD in the rain too.

Default Need a dyno tune for the SE 103?

I'm just about ready to pull the plug on a 103 upgrade. I have an 07 Ultra, SERT, SE A/C and SE II slip ons. They will bore my stock cylinders, SE 255 cams, add the SE cast 103 pistons, MCRs, perf clutch spring, cc and mill the heads slightly.

For all of you that said you were happy with the upgrade, did you have a dyno tune after or just use the HD download for the 103/255 kit? Did it run well with just the download and do you feel you are getting the power increase you expected? The dealer has a dyno, but only for about 1 year. He will tweak the download somewhat to be a little richer.

Is it okay for me to put a plug in for the Andrews 54H. It's in my 103 with BIgBoyz heads. 96HP and 120TQ. 100 Tq at just 1500 rpms.

On my 2007 road king the #s changed as follows stock 66 hp and 84 tq with 103 kit with 255 cams and rinehart tru duals 85 hp and 104 tq you can definetley feel the difference big time the 103 with the 255's run great afterall how much more power do you need mine has plenty even when riding 2up with a combined rider-passenger weight of 400lbs and there are no warranty issues.
