This problem is fast becoming our bane nationwide. Might as well face it, the people who think its their right to be as loud as humanly possible at all hours of the day or night have ruined it for the rest of us. Local jurisdictions across the country are starting to come down on noise pollution and most state and Federal laws enable them to do just that, legally. And if they don't already, the locals can just legislate it into law to suit their purpose.

Someone should find out where that weasel lives and make it a point to ride by his house every night with open pipes.
Over the past several years, I've spent countless hours and dollars attending local and state government meetings trying to defend the "right to ride" - others have done the same.
We talk until we're blue in the face thinking we've convinced legislators that any additional bans on riding is unnecessary.
