That's the guy that keeps starting threads titled "Harley Shocks Suck!"

I'm 6' at #180, 32" waist.
Living in Daytona, well over half my life, I have seen many "Harley Riders", at many events.
I would have to say the average rider is overweight. I'll go with #240, with an average height of 5' 9".

I see on average mostly fat asses. Guess they think it's part of the biker look. 5'11 185. here. And I'm 50. When you get older you got to work on not being a fat ***. I know I don't want to look like one of those guys wearing a size 44 pants.

I'd guess 225 is the average weight. 215 here @ 6'4". Most of America is overweight not just HD riders.

At 57 I have slipped up to 220 and at 5'11 that is not too bad. I still work my farm so most of the weight is fairly solid. 10 years ago I got a promotion and since then I spend my week sitting on my keister. I have started to watch what I eat in hopes of getting back to 195 or 200. Most around here seem to be in the 225 + size.

6'-205lbs here.

The lightweights are riding the ninja bikes .... lots of horsepower but no torque.
Harleys are all about the torque baby ..... you need torque to haul the pork.

A lot of really insecure folk around here. WTF does it matter how big a person who rides is. Ride your bike and enjoy and stop worrying about others. You act like a overweight person is going to take away something from you. Real bikers don't give a damn and except most people for who they are. Never once while growing up around a large club did I hear any one of them tell another your to fat to ride. Live your life, enjoy your life and stop trying to judge others. Ride

Your rite, america is fat. People just get lazy and overeat. They consume more calories than they burn simple math. Average sizw male is going to burn 2000, to 2500 cals. a day. You can't eat more than that or you get fat, it's really just that simple. Everything has a # on it. Just count. Fast food is really high in calories. I give myself 5lbs,if I go over that, I diet, meaning I cut cals. When I'm back to 185, I just maintain. See it is a little work, that why most won't do it. Hence fat lazy america!
