Default Slip-On Recomendation

My wife has a 2009 XL1200L and I want to put some new mufflers on it for her. She does not want them loud, just a nice deep rumble. Any susggestions?
Thanks

Look into RUSH. they offer interchangable baffles and have sound bytes on their website.

The answer to this is very subjective but I'll throw my 2 cents in. I second the suggestion for the SE Street Performance mufflers. I bought them for my 07 Sportster and didn't regret it a bit. They are louder, rumble better at idle, sound nicer and overall perform better than the stock mufflers. Some here feel they are not loud enough and I can see their point but if you're only looking for a bit louder, these are hard to beat. Street legal too so you don't have to worry about the law getting on your case.

They need to look good too--Vance & Hines look and sound good. Price on e-bay is good to.

My wife has the V/H - with quiet baffles - and I like them a lot. I like them even better than my shortshots.
