Depends on your size and which forwards you use.I used aftermarket controls on mine and have no problems at 6-0.G.

I have no problem placing my foot on the entire forward peg with mine, and I'm 5'10". My knee does rub the cover every once in a while, but only depends on if I'm riding with my knees spread out or tucked into the tank.

i know it's an old thread but ....i just bought a big sucker II SS with the steel mesh sleaved air filter and i can't wait to get it. i've heard nothing but good things about the big suckers and wanted to go back to a more round style cleaner. anything i need to look out for on install? does it come with everything i need to install gasket's etc.? thanks boys!

comes with everything but willie g skull !!

(actually they make a few diff covers- my first one is a beaut - just a big round chrome piece. i wanted willie g there, so i had to find one that would let me mod it a bit)
