Preach on brotha, I play jcm900 best amp out there, But on the pipes topic. Personally I like short shots. Although I rode with a guy with Rush slip-ons and the sound was sick. They sound awesome but I'm going fo a bobber look and they are just to big for my style. You kinda have to figure out what kind of sound you want. Crisp poppy or low and deep.
I want the low and deep tone.

Speaking from my own experience, my N.T. came with a 2 into 1 Thunderheader which was pretty loud, traffic could hear me, switched to 2 into2 S.E. cause I liked the looks. Now I find I am riding with my thumb on the horn because people can,t hear me. Next step is V&H slip on's.
