Thanks Joe, I'll be ordering a new headlight in the coming days and will take a stab at drilling a new hole.

Also, was wondering what is needed to do the ignition coil relocation...any special hardware?

And, if I havern't asked enough questions already. Are new wires needed when I put a 2 inch lift on my tank?

I plan to do all these mods in the same timeframe amd want to make sure I have all the things I need before I start taking things apart.

Yes some new hardware needs to be added in order to mount the coil and ignition switch. Most people fab up their own to save tons of money. No wire extension is needed for the tank lift. There is plenty of length in all the wires under the tank.

Here is about the best over view on how to do one style of the ignition and coil relocation. This is not the only way it can be done, but gives you a good idea of what is needed.

its custom. its a bag that i mod to work as a saddle bag.

what helmet is that in the first two pix? im looking at the fulmer v2 because its dot but haven't seen that color. is that a different brand?
