Default RE: New pipes hurting my ears!

I'm with the ear plug guys. I buy my foam plugsin the pharmacy section at walmart, cant remember the price but its notmuch for a pack of 8 or 10. Due to my job, I have a physical every year and I'm pretty protective of my ears and eyes. My flight surgeon stressed that its the wind that will kill your hearing over the long haul.
Your pipes will sound a little different to you sitting in the seat riding than it sounds to the others around you. I have a total stock set up on my heritage and didnt know how they sounded until Ilet a buddy ride it. Wow they sound good. I may go after market one day, I want a true duel setup for the looks, but I'm happy with the stock sound.
