Sportster 48 - swingarm bag and passenger pegs

I installed one of these:

Thats my 48 used in their pics. My wife doesnt ride often so what I did was leave the Right side peg and mount on the bike and its an easy task to remove the bag from its mount then put on the Left peg and mount. I made it even easier by adding Rivet Nuts to the bag mount. You could also weld nuts to the back of the mount.

I highly recommend DeadCreeks bag and mount. And adding the rivet-nuts makes it so easy to remove for cleaning and to fit the passenger peg.

Another alternative for your 48, but I have the solo bag on my Custom with the passenger peg.
