From Instagram I can tell you that the bike is owned by a gentleman named Nickesh and it won best custom at the HOG rally in India this year. Some of the parts were from EMD and they posted a picture of the bike.

I really like the exhaust. I'm assuming it's custom, I've never seen one like it before.
