Has anybody tried putting tour bike shocks behind the H-D accessory hardbags?

Guzzi, What kind of exhaust do you have? Does it have the interconnect inlet the slip-on? Nice!

Thanks. The pipes are Vance & Hine 3 inch staggered slip ons. No interconnect in the muffler bodies on the 2014 model.
Believe it or not more then half add ons are Craigslist finds

Trying to make my bagger low profile and unique, while providing a comfortable ride. Since I love the look of beach bars (like the pic below..not my bike), just purchased Burly Bikini Beach Bars 4" rise, 34.5" wide., 13.5" pullback, center width 9". You will see many on the softtails, road kings, fatboys, etc. due to the wider fork, but not many (if any) on Sportsters. Since my bike is lowered with hard saddlebags and 4.5 gal tank hopefully the lines will flow and places my hands in the right position....we'll see. Planning to have it installed on Monday 2/16 if everything feels right..this is the look I am trying to achieve.

If anyone has Bikini Beach Bars on their bike, please share pics.

...stay tuned.

Thanks...I guessed correctly..lol. Craigslist?...interesting. I am assuming your interconnect/crossover pipes are located on your header pipes....unfortunately my inlet is on the muffler...that sucks. Many after market slip-ons do not have the inlet on the slip-ons. Just purchased and returned Bassani 3" slash-cut slip-ons since no crossover inlet and did not want my crossover pipes just hanging around doing nothing.

Thanks for the info..beautiful pipes and I am sure it sounds mean too!

Front shot, tho now it has custom dynamic rings for signals. Love the daymakers:

And loaded up for a trip camping:

Looks like the Vance and Hines 3 inch Slash Slip Ons have the inlet port. Shows up on their instructions. http://vanceandhines.com/download/D840IN.pdf
These pipes sound great and are a little loud. I leave the house around 530 am and had to wrap the baffles. Still loud even with wrapped baffles.
