Underground Icehouse & Grill
1117 E. Belknap St.
Fort Worth, Tx. 76111

Owners are Kevin and Jodi Holzers. They are really nice people. It's a really nice biker bar and grill.
I'm not sure but the other 150-200 bikes parked out front made it feel that way. It might have been the entire parking area out front is coned off for bikes, the really nice "beverage" pricing, the bikini bike wash and bikini contest that is really adult friendly and the any and all club colors allowed policy. Does that qualify as more biker friendly than your average place? It does for me and apparently a lot of the other riders in the area.
I live about 4 miles from down town Fort Worth and there are at least 5 places very close I would define as biker friendly for making it convenient and fun for those who choose to ride there as far as parking, attitude, events and accommodating the bikers.
Gotta' run, get a few miles in before the triple digit temps hit again today.
9/19/09 the Thirsty Parrot...on 359 between Brookshire and Hempstead hosted a BACA fundraiser and gained my support by doing so. Plenty of parking, 359 is a nice road, light traffic and some sweepers...twisties if you are running 80+, food like burgers and BBQ is great, prices reasonable.
Sure! On Belknap just West of Sylvania there is the 2500 Club, a little further West on Belknap after you pass under I35 is the Iron Horse Bar and Grill. Heading back East on Belknap just as you cross Beach there is Fort Worth Rock & Country. From Belknap and Sylvania head North on Sylvania take a right on Race and there is Dino's Bar & Grill. Then there is the stockyards, from I35 and Northside Dr. head West on Northside turn right on Main then right on Exchange, there is parking in front of the Bullring, picnic tables on the sidewalk, they sell beer right there in the Bullring or at the Love Shack to drink at the tables, good people watching. Back on Main heading North take a left on 25th and there is Outlaws Sports Bar, then if you stay heading West on 25th it will swing to the right and turn into Azle Ave keep going a ways and you will run into Bobby Blues and Outlaw Biker Bar, it will be on your right. Then there is Spencers Corner, from I35 and I30 head West on I30 to Green Oaks exit, at the light take a right then go to the 1st light Plaza Pkwy and go left then stay left and you will see Spencers on your left. Happy hour 4-8 everyday .50 wells and $1 beer. All have dedicated bike parking.
If you're interested every 3rd Sunday in the Stockyards at Wilsons leather they sponsor a ride on Sunday morning at 10am, kickstands up at 10:15. This last Sunday about 50 of us took a nice long ride down to Horny Toad Bar and Grill in Cranfills Gap, we ended up putting about 200 miles in that day, weather couldn't have been better.
Great list but it would help to have it sorted according to areas.
At work we use Googles Maps and name a map that shows the locations of our equipment. This would work great for this.
