STL, your turn sigs look proper. I think that's where they're supposed to be. I thought about gloss black on the shields and it's a possibility. I might get a second set of shields to experiment with. For now, I like the chrome accent against the black.

I know the feeling. I ride my dads Heritage and it feels good (maybe for a long trip the seating position and floor boards would be a little more comfortable) then I get back on the Bad Boy and love it! Guess I would rent a bike for the long haul, add floor boards temporarily to the Bad Boy or something.
I feel a little safer in St Louis traffic with the turn signals but I think a bike looks much better without them too.

black out the whole bike, suspension, bars, seat, air filter cover, wheels and on and on. Having a lot of fun working on it, its my first major project on my own and I'm whizzing through it!

Looking forward to seeing it. What are you doing with the rear wheel? Replacing it or PC? I've been thinking of getting mine PC'd black because I want to do black rim and hub with ss spokes in the front. But want to keep the BB solid wheel in the back.

All black? Be prepared for a lot of attention!
Hope you can bring it down on one of your LA trips so we can get our bikes together.
