Check out Roland Sands Designs...they have a chopped rear fender, that still mounts to struts. It looks good, and gives the bike a whole new style.
If you just go to google, and look around for rear fenders, you will likely find several that fit the bill you are looking for. That's what I would do. I have done it before, and I will tell you, there are about a thousand different styles that still fit that small description. Just look for "rear fenders". You can add in different things to narrow it down, but that will give you a starting point.

Looks like you have a 2005 right? I think the Roland Sands is for a 200 tire. Cutting a stock fender would probably be the low cost way to go. Otherwise you could have a custom fender made. Here is a picture I found a while back of a night train with what appears to me to be a chopped fender. You'll notice by the fender struts that it's a similar year model to yours. I think he just left off the fender strut covers.
