Getting ready to put Texas plates on my Rocker. Just trying to see where everyone is putting their state inspection stickers. Where do they need to be, and what can you get away with? Any pics would help. Thanks.

I have a chrome inspection sticker plate bolted to the left passenger footpeg mount.
According to Texas law, the inspection sticker is supposed to be facing to the rear, but no LEO has ever said anything to me about it facing out on the left side of the bike.

Didn't know the law had changed. It use to state the sticker needed to be located near the license plate. My sticker has been sitting on the kitchen bar for the last couple months. It will get mounted tomorrow as I just had the plate powdercoated after cutting it down to a size a like. It will be bolted to the lower belt guard mount.
it is to be with in 20 in of the tag. supposed to be seen with walk around the bike.
mine was under the tag but i cut it off and drilled a hole in the plate and mounted it under the exhaust. you can see if when on the side stand or if you are far enough to see under the pipes. it is forward of the rear foot peg and in front of the swing arm on a bolt hole that was plugged on the lower rear frame. yes i should post a picture
