In January I ordered a Danny Grey seat for my '07 Street Bob. The bike was apart and I really couldn't check fit. By the time I could check the fit it was past the 1 month return date. Part numbers on the box were right but the seat wasn't. They said too bad. I have a $350 seat and don't know what it fits.

Sorry to hear you had a problem but in regards to the made in Japan gripe, in my searching, I don't recall any of the cycle retailers listing if an item is made in Japan. You just need to know your manufactures. ...example... V-Twin Manufacturing.... hint, hint ASIAN.... You have to ask and they will tell.... Hey, be sure to read the packaging in the Harley Dealer as well if you have a problem with Asian made because the wall is loaded with tons of Asian made parts for your hog. Check it out....

To be sure, I have sent an email to them if it fits to my 2006 883R. Their response was:
"Yes, this would work on that model. Thank you"
The fender was different from the picture on the ad and it did not fit to my Sportster either.
They were so reluctant to pay the refund, I filed a dispute.
By the way the Sportster fender was built in Taiwan and it was not mentioned in the ad either.
BEWARE and stay away from this company. This is the worst company I have ever done business with.
Power of the charge card. Dispute the charge. Policy is policy but your card company will probably favor you.

I've bought two items with them...about $500 each. Good experience and no problems. Items were shipped quickly and were exactly how they said they would be.
