Default fatboy fender on a standard

How hard is it to change a rear fender of a 07 FXST to a 07 fatboy rear fender?

not that hard does your 07 fxst have a 200mm tire on it if so you can put on a fender from 06 & up on all softtails are the same with the exception of the duece the frame is longer.

I replaced the bobtail fender on my '04 Standard w/ a Fatboy rear fender. Not hard but I had to buy the following to make it work:
Fender mounting bracket rear
Rear fender wire conduit
Rear taillamp assembly
I would reccomend that you check a service manual for your year but I suspect that it will be similar.
I don't run turn siganals, other than hand/arm, on my beast so, you would have to take that into consideration as well.
I think that the Fatboy rear fender on a Standard is pretty wicked looking!
Happy wrenching!

I did the same thing on my 03 FXST Also put on a nice license bracket really enhances the look

That is a solid look. I have seen some Night Trains with this set up and I figured with the 200m tire that fatboy fender would be awesome.
