07 FXSTB - 10k miles
96 ci
Vance & Hines BSS
Kuryakyn Hypercharger
PC III
Stock cams, heads, TB, pistons, cylinders, etc.
78hp, 91 ft.lbs. STD
Tuned by Louis Jr. @ Boyle's Cycle

I don't have stock numbers for the bike. I have had it since new, and I changed the pipes and air cleaner before I ever rode it. The dyno chart shows the bike with Hooker Troublemakers installed in pink. I loved the sound of the Troublemakers, but they discolored very bad, so I replaced them w. the V&H BSS (Blue). The HP and torque curves are very similar between the two pipes, with the V&H producing slightly higher peak numbers. The stock V&H baffles were in when it was dynoed, but have been removed and replaced w. Big City Thunder baffles. At the time, the air filter had about 10k miles on it and had never been cleaned. Needless to say, it was very dirty and was restricting flow quite a bit. It has since been replaced w. a SE Stage 1 Air filter kit, which I am running w.o the "football" cover.

just picked it up from a dyno tune from the h.d. Dealer in auburn, ca. What a difference in smoothness and way less heat, which was the main reason for the dyno tune. Almost all backfiring on decel is gone which showed up after the intake, exhaust and stage i download installed. So far i'm real happy the way it is running. FYI dyno was SAE done in 4th gear.

Base with stage i = hp 71.4 tq 86.5

w/pciii & dyno = hp 74.2 tq 90.2
