Default Memphis Shade

Installed my new Memphis Shade Del Rio on my Slim. I was looking for something just to take some of the chest pressure off during highway commutes to work. It might help cut down a little of that cold California air in the morning.

looks good...not too much. I think the FL front ends look ok with a windshield...the smaller front ends not so much but every bike is different based on what's done to it.

I like it. I've had positive results with Memphis Shades in the past.

Nice!
Does it create any buffeting at the head level?

Real nice! IMHO, Memphis Shades makes makes some of the best quality shields out there.

Great looking Slim. I just bought my wife a Slim in December. I think I remember this bike. You got it from Temecula HD didn't you? That particular Paint scheme doesn't come on the 103, non "S" model. The owner of Temecula HD had the service department swap out the tin work with a red one because he wanted to build a tricked out, blacked out, red Softail Slim S with the 110 in it.

What's it do above 55 mph? How it looks is way down the list.

When I bought my used Deuce, it came with a HD windscreen. It was a detachable but not adjustable screen that cost the previous owner some $$. At 50-55mph it starts to flutter so bad, and creates such severe buffeting of my head, it's hard to focus. It is now hanging in the garage. It's hard to find a screen that takes the pressure off your torso for highway riding without creating other problems.

That's the one! I almost walked out the door with a gloss black model. I noticed this one last minute and it wasn't an "S" model with the 110.
