Easy Bracket do a kits specifically for the slim, which means you don't have to relocate the lights - I have them on mine (I can't find the part No. right now).

But good to know that's a viable route! It means they'll fit on mine (with some adaptation to the bags' backs I assume) and Easy brackets unlock and come completely off, leaving only the mounting bolts/lugs

Cool!
Yep the WildHog hardware comes with the easy brackets, the adv of buying from Italy is if you get a good exchange on the euro & you're not robbed for import duty etc.

Ah ok, so basically my easy brackets alone would work

The bags themselves, do they then have a hard 'plate' sewn into the back that you drill/bolt/attach the brackets to, like other saddlebags?

With the WildHog bags you just drill through the leather & bolt through with 1" diameter washers on the inside of the bags to the easy bracket which has quite a large mounting plate, the leather is really thick at the back of the bag so very rigid. I can take some close up pics of the bag mounting if you would like ?

Thanks Joe,

I can swap the front and rear fenders for the Bobber/ Slim look in about 45 min.

4 bolts each front and rear fenders, the under seat electrical plugs match.

I love the performance of the new old stock 2 into 1 V&H new Exhaust, (re tuned FP3), but I like the look and sound of the Paughco slip ons a little better. Sadly, the exhaust is not a quick and easy swap.

I have to say the Paughos and bobber look is my favorite. Catches my eye every time!

Yep, I Like the Bobber / Paughco look better as well. I had a trip up California HWY 1 "Coast Highway" to SFO. I found the "Full" black fenders with matching pin stripes on Craigs for an incredibly low price and mounted them for the trip. I have switched fenders back and forth a couple times since.

Nice in the rain to have the full fenders!

I think I like the '29 Spring seat best for looks and comfort.

^^^ Totally understand and agree Jet.

You've got a terrific convertible! Harley used to make one but it was not as cool as yours.

TBH, after looking at these, I think the Harley Davidson parts (Seats and covers) are the nicest.

Too bad you can't get the large 1929 tractor seat for the Slim. You can, but HD ship the wrong battery/ computer cover. (For an X Bones, etc).

The Seat Harley sells for the Slim has a nice battery cover but the seat is not very popular. Still, I think the Harley mounting parts are very high quality.

Yesterday I mounted my Tractor Seat on my Slimboy, it took me less than 15 min, went for a 50 mile ride. I love the comfort and extra "suspension" over harsh bumps.

My own custom battery/'puter cover:

Compare seats:

I have the stock front mount on, I may try my chopped front mount today...
This is the absolute business for a spring seat conversion IMHO.
If you can't get it to look this good then don't bother.
