That game was rigged, that ref would've called a penalty on the cardinals if the QB sneezed funny.
WHAT? I don't agree. I admit that there were some bad calls, seems there always are, but not so much so that it should be a concern. We can of course debate this if you wish? I'll agree that AZ did have the most penalties but I still saw some calls that were questionable either no calls or calls that went in their favor. So I really hope you choose not to debate this, but I know you probably will. lol
Suffice it to say that overall both teams played great. AZ just started a little too late. Both teams had a chance to win in the end and fortunately Pittsburgh came through. I really don't think the officiating was as bad in this game as it has been in previous regular and/or post season games.
that's my .02

The roughing the passer call when Ben got knocked down was pitiful. Officiating was HORRIBLE, very entertaining game otherwise.
Well, 13 mins left and so far with the excemption of the 100 yard Pick 6 Return this without a doubt has to be the worst, most boring Super Bowl yet! Even the commericals suck.
You must have been watching a different game than me, I thougt it was great!

What the F_CK game were you watching, are you BLIND? Book an appointment tomorrow with your OPTOMATRIST and get your glasses checked. That was one of the most exciting Super Bowl games in a long time, you even got to watch BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN. What more could you ask for? And i even won some money!!!!!

A Game that close was well worth watching .. Cardinals even had the lead at the end my simple explanation is their defense didn't protect their lead after they achieved it and hence they lost ..

"Boring game", "the game was fixed", typical responses from a non-football fan who simply watches the game because it's the "in" thing to do. I'm still chuckling over those comments.
Let's look at the boring game statement. The only way to satisfy this individual would be to have a 52 - 50 final score. Scoring on every play, last team to have the ball wins. To this fan I recommend the Arena Football League. In the NFL there is this little part of the game called defense. That is exactly why I'm a Steelers fan, defense is why I watch football. I would much rather see a 10 - 3 game than some boat race.
The game is fixed? I'm sure you could officiate it so much better. When you have humans officiating there will always be the human error element. These calls your saying that were bad, I'd dare say you don't even know the rules. I'll admit, one or two were questionable, as it is in any sporting event, what makes it a well officiating game is that both teams had equal amount of questionable calls.
Sorry for the rant, I just get so tired of hearing the same crap every year after the Super Bowl by people that don't even like football. They tune in because they were invited to a party, free food, and are hoping for some good commercials. I wish the NFL would just eliminate all the hype and play the game, period. That would eliminate all of these "I only watch the Super Bowl" fans.
How many personal fouls and unsportsmanlike did the Stllrs get? As usual, classy team to the end. Even the lowlife coach made a punk ass comment in the post game interview. They were punks before and they are punks now. If there is any team other than the Ravens that don't deserve success it's the Stllrs.
