Have an 02 Ultra Classic w/70K miles blowing trans fluid out the vent. Changed fluid 200 miles ago always use HD fluid not syn. Just had the primary seals and drive belt replaced. Any help on what could be the cause. Thanks

Just throwing this out there. The primary vents through the pushrod hole in the gear box. If for some strange reason the crank seal took a dump excess pressure might be forced into the primary and into the gear box since it can only vent there. Long shot I know but checking this is easy. Place a low pressure gauge into the trans vent line and start the engine. If it starts to build pressure you have your answer. Might only be in the 1-3 lb range, and will show up as a pulse, not steady.

The puppy lasted until fall. Now in teardown mode for new build
If the crank seal on the left side is allowing pressure to escape to the primary, you will probably find that the primary has too much fluid in it,and the engine oil would be low.
Also you might want to check the vent line to be sure it is not obstructed.
