How much do I need to buy for a Dyna streetbob say the two fenders, tank, fairing, battery cover box and fuse box cover?
Which company has satin paint that looks/is the best?
I want to get away from the denim but don't want the hassle of doing the paperwork if I change the colo(u)r of the bike.

Well I am gonna say this. I would buy a gallon. Why? A quart is sufficient BUT BUT BUT if you have any coverage issues or prep issues then you could actually need more to redo a mistake. A quart of PPG is around $129. A gallon is is like $300. Hey man, it's just me spending your money...

 

I Just Did My Entire Ultra With Two SEM hot Rod Black Quart Kits. Each Kit Gives You 1.5 Quarts Of Sprayable Material. I Had Plenty Left Over. By The Way, The SEM Looks Incredible And Is Very Easy To Spray. Complete Coverage With Two Coats.

FB....its Going To Be A Few Days Getting It Back Together, Then I'll Post Pics. I Have The Entire Bike Apart, Spent The Winter Self-powdercoating Every Piece And Installing Cams. Just Finished Painting So Its Reassembly Time. Pics In A Few Days.

 

FB....here she is. The only things I have left to do are black out the apes and powder coat the heat shields (just used hi temp paint for now). Hope this helps.

for satin black, i would shoot a single stage, prob 1 qt is plenty! another option is to do a stain clear over black... really depends if you want to do 2 stage or single
