Default Fatboy oil leak

I have a 2004 fatboy. I noticed small drops of oil dripping from under the inner primary. Dealer said it was wet but found no leak. Rode it agian and sometimes it drips and sometimes it is fine. My buddy has an 02 fat boy. His drips too and he didn't even know it till I checked his after a ride. Is this normal?

In cold weather it could be trans lube from the trans vent. You can see vent on left side top of trans next to primary. Also check bolts securing primary chain adjuster to the inner primary, if they are lose oil can seep from primary to the back of the case.
