Just finished installing the Biketronices Retro Radio Kit on my 2002 FLHT. Install went smoothly however I can't get the handle bar controls to work. every thing is hooked up right I triple checked it. I am using a compatible radio. Sony . Any suggestions.

Never been there - done that with Biketronics, but I've read a lot of their literature. Seems you have to "program" the control functions on some of their install kits, but not sure about yours.
I've also heard their tech support people are very good. I'd look over everything one more time, and re-read the instructions. If you don't trip over the problem, give them a call.
I can vouch for thier tech support. Fantastic. I asked a million questions before I purchased and install was flawless. I can tell you the product out performs Harmon and alot of friends that I ride are thinking twice about thier up-grade. Hog tune speakers are a must... Have a good ride. 09 FLHT, Soon to have monster ovals, SE intake and download.. Can't wait. Later Tom
