Unfortunately, I have zero faith in our judicial system. Things like this happen far too often without strict enough punishment. This should be grounds for firing squad. Bet they dont see any time over 3 years. F ing wrong.

Some psychologist will tell the judge what hard childhood they had. A sociologist will tell him that it's societys fault. In the end, the criminals will miraculously turn into poor, poor victims.
I don't have any kids on my own, but I have a little niece (10) wich I love with all my heart. If something like that would happen, I'd kiss my wife goodbye, jump on the next plane and would search for those basterds as soon as I touch french soil. I wouldn't shoot them. can you imagine what a very angry man can do with a kukri? And believe me, I'd take my time with every single one of them.
It could be worse for them. My brother could find them before I do...

It's time we take back our country. Stop putting people in office who tolerate this crap. Vote out judges who fail to lock up criminals. Vote out legislatures who use age as an excuse to not protect society. Put an end to prosecutors who fail to do the right thing. Prosecute when they should not, ( Duke University case ) don't prosecute when they should, this one for example. If we can't even protect out kids then what use as a society are we. I also would go hunting if this happened to my daughter. NoName
I think castration and cut an achilles tendon will do the trick nicely. I always prefer torture on these types. I hope the child can recover for this horrible incident.
Unfortunately there will be some who will say she deserved what happened or even invited it if it comes to light she was willingly consuming alcohol with some of those boys/men/POS before the attack began. You know, because women always ask for that kind of treatment. I'm wondering if she was forced to consume the alcohol and was then attacked. Really doesn't matter to me either way, NO ONE should treat ANY ONE like that FOR ANY REASON. EVER!

Makes me wonder how far we really have come as a species to civilized people. This behavior is not human but animal. Women all over the world are raped constantly in war, in third world countries, here, everywhere. What it says about us as humans is very difficult for me to wrap my brain around, and don't think I will ever really understand it unless I just keep it in the animal context. Otherwise, it's too awful to think about.
My niece got caught up in a cult and me and a few riding friends went and visted them(this was in the 90's). She's out and safe, hated me for a while....too bad. I'd do it again.
