My heart and prayers go out to you chappy... I just lost my dad tuesday, he lost his fight with esopagheal cancer, he would have been 75 in November. I have an uncle who had great success with radiation so again prayers are out to you!

I've had a few family members battle cancer, am a survivor myself, and it's one hell of a battle, but if you get the right treatment, a lot of miracles happen! Lots of venues to pull from out there that I hope your Dr's are using. Cleveland Clinic. Cancer Centers....It is amazing what they can do with this now a days. I know you will find good treatment and a great outcome. Take care, be positive and fight hard!!

Sam, continue to fight the good fight. You might do some research on the internet to see if any of the other cancer treatment centers have any new cutting edge treatments that offer a better chance for a cure. Thoughts and prayers to you and all of your loved ones.

Howdy my friend,

I don't come here as often as I used to but I saw this thread about you and I had to say something. We've never met but I remember how you rode for us a few years back and those were some tough times for us. I really appreciate your friendship and I wish that I lived closer so I could ride my bike over and say "Howdy" to ya. Since that isn't possible, I will have to say some things here, since I see that you log in once in awhile. Sometimes life can be really crappy but you have a host of friends here that are thinking about you. I know that it helped me a lot and it helped me get through some tough times. You are now the one on the receiving end of a lot of thoughts and wishes and I know that they will be a comfort to you in your time of need. I have heard of some of your riding exploits and you have had a great life and one that many would admire having for themselves. You have a lot of friends here with big shoulders to help carry some of your burdens so feel free to contact us however you are able to. I will keep you in my thoughts.

Your friend,

Gary/SPRINGER

Hang in there Chappy! I've found that being in good spirits has a healing effect...That is, humor has a way of releasing endorphens that have positive results.

Example, the place where I work is like being in a carnival....The ones who get paid the most do the least and follow me around like stray dogs waiting for me to drop some crumbs on the floor so they don't have to spend THEIR money to eat...
