Too many good singers to list....One who will never make the list is Buzz Shearman from MOXY...He passed on before he got his due.
Another honorable mention is Rhett Forrester from Riot.

Axl Rose should be on that list. Seger's music is fantastic, but I don't know that his voice is anything special.

Don't laugh, but I've always thought Dennis DeYoung (Styx) was one of the greatest vocalists.

Awwww, Bob Seger has that gravel in his voice like John Lee Hooker, Howlin' Wolf and Elmore James....Mick Jagger never had that "gravel" in his voice.
