Naw, the engine locked up from heat....It was loose to begin with. That's why it ran for so long...A tight motor would have locked up long before the exhaust started to glow!!!

Stupid.

Prior to the video taped ignorance test (the owner failed), almost all functioning small blocks can be saved/rebuilt/reused. Can't now.
