From Hawaii to San Diego to San Francisco to Florida to Washington DC/Northern VA....
Well folks, just wanted to drop a line and say hello and tell a little bit about myself. The reason I got into biking is because my Dad was a avid biker/builder and when he passed away last year, he left me his first Harley, an 88 Sportster 883. I just got done traveling around the US on 30 days vacation (I'm active duty Navy) and have settled down in my new home in Arlington/Alexandria Virginia area.
Came here to get up to speed on the in's and out's of riding..........just got my license this past weekend (been driving many years, just not legally..........oops).
Anyway, my first question is: Where can I find parts easily for an 88 Sportster? I'll post pics sometime next week.........dont have my computer yet.
