2010 Harley Custom Sportster 48
I bought this 48 last fall as a winter project and like all projects I do I went a little crazy. I built this bike with the intention of never selling it but then life and a shoulder injury in March kinda changed everything.
I can no longer ride for more than 30 minutes without major shoulder pain due to my injury and can’t stand to see this bike sit there not being used.
I wanted to make something a little different and will try to list all the parts/stuff I did to it but I know I will forget something because I did a lot.
The bike has almost 3k miles on it.
I decided a stock 1200cc wasn’t enough power so I called Hammer Performance in Sandpoint ID and dropped $2200 on their crush porting job, new 10:1 1250 pistons and cylinders along with their air intake. According to Hammer it should put out 100HP +- All controlled by a PowerVison controller See attached invoice for services.

The bike also has a lot of custom powder coating to help blacken as much as possible including brand new Harley Fat 5 spoke rims powder coated gloss black.
