    Sorry it took so long to answer, I'm on my second 76 hr week in a row at work...

    I have the regular one and actually have it installed backwards. While wearing heavy gloves in the winter it would give me an unexpected throttle blip occasionally when stopping. With it facing out I just slide my palm slightly off the grip to the right and let my fingers rest on the brake lever. I think it works well. If the quality is the same on the new one it would be worth getting. You do have Iso grips right?

    i saw that you have the throttle boss ... do you have the regular or extended? have you heard if one is better than the other? any complaints/ thanks. I saw your post on a thread about grips.
