I'm in the same boat with you employment wise, was and aircraft Mech for 15 yrs now a computer specialist because they went union...

We have WG Aircft mechs on our base and they won't pick up a broom to clean up after themselves because it's not in the contract. They are bitching and suing now over NSPS, pay for performance, they don';t want to have to earn the raise, they EXPECT it...
